Why no KF8?
Why is it that publishers who offer eBooks for Kindle's only offer Mobi and no KF8? We can make KF8 eBooks easily. So why cannot publishers? Baen is a good example of this. They use Calibre yet they do not generate KF8. Just Mobi.

Baen's Mobi books are all in "dual Mobi" format, so if you send them to the Amazon Cloud you'll get a KF8 version downloaded to those devices which support it.
