Dell Venue 8 7000

Well my Nexus 7 (2013) is almost 2 years old so my roving eye and gadget lust are making themselve known. I saw a review for the Dell Venue 8 7000 series and I'm intrigued. . . and very surprised that this is a Dell tablet. Does anyone have this device? How is it as a reader? I would think pretty good since the pixel density is higher than that of the Nexus.

Honestly the Nexus is still an excellent device and I find it lacking for nothing I need. But the Dell is pretty and shiny.
