How do I install?
I paid and was taken back to the main CC page that says "Buy $2.99"
I don't see where to download/install. |

It's not on the My Apps page either.
Do I have to uninstall the free version? If so, it's not in the list of other apps? What gives? |

It should show an "INSTALL" link in Google Play on the app page.
