where is "send to device" in Calibre/Mac?
I don't see a send to device button in Calibre 2 for Mac. wanting to send to an iPad. Thanks in advance.

Th iOS reader applications plugin has not yet been updated for calibre 2.x. Either wait for it to be updated (Philantrop is working on it) or revert to calibre 1.48
