Kobo: Can't Complain
Everytime I try to contact the Kobo Help Desk, my message is blocked with the following:
An existing account already has this username. Please enter a different name. If this is your email address, we can send you your username or let you reset your password. What do I do? Create a new account? I'm getting annoyed with Kobo.

Have you tried following the instructions and getting them to send you your username or reset your password?
