Kobo customer service msg
Well, they're not answering the phone anymore, have replaced a live person w/a recording and for the life of me CANNOT understand what the girl says at the end! Have listened to it way more than once. She says something about going somewhere to search for problem. Has anyone else understood? PLEASE post the area she mentions.

Where did you live?
I called Kobo Customer Care yesterday to deal with refund and I was able to get in touch with somebody that spoke clearly. |

Mobile, AL. Tried numerous times and keep getting a recording saying something to the effect, "to serve you better, we recommend you go to ........" That's the part that's garbled. Just called again, 1-800-239-9532, and getting the same trash.

I haven't been able to raise Frontline chat for the last 3 days. I keep getting the 'Searching for an available Agent' message until it times out maybe 20 minutes later.
For my Aus account the message I get when I try to enter my credit card details is: 'We were unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.' Which is odd because the same card works perfectly across my other Kobo accounts. ![]() |
