I wish PRS-T4 has following features (in addition to features in T3) Software 1. Tap to turn page. I found tap is easier than swipe. 2. Vocabulary builder as in new kindle. Hardware 1. ~150 g or less weight. 2. Front light. If not, T1/T2-like light case with adjustable light intensity. Old light case is easier to adjust LED position and to separate ereader from the case than the current one. I pop out my T1 from the case in lighted environment because the naked T1 is feather-like, thus easier to hold. Last edited by Joonlego; 11-17-2013 at 07:40 AM. |

The only feature I like: working Google market so I can install applications without need to root the device! If they don't do this I fear PRS-T4 will be the last Sony reader |

I hate to be a downer but I doubt Sony ever releases a new ebook reader again. I would wager good money that the PRS-T3 is going to be the last Sony Reader ever made. They removed the ereader section on their US website entirely, and no longer sell ereaders in the US at all. They said that they'd rather focus on pushing ebooks through their apps for smartphones and tablets. It wouldn't surprise me if they took the same approach in other markets too. I hope I'm wrong but the signs aren't looking good for Sony moving forward with more ebook readers.

That would be very sad. I wish Sony does not abandon us (who are in love with Sony ereader). |

Joonlego, About "2. Vocabulary builder as in new kindle.", actually Sony has provided a similar feature for years (PRS-350/650/T1/T2/T3). At Dictionary application, you will find 'Word Logs: Dictionary" which gives a list of words you have searched in a book. |
