New recipe for Folha de Sao Paulo - printed version

- More beautiful fonts. Uses Folha's CSS.
- Fixed last article of last feed. It used to have garbage content. - Fixed "Charge" article. |

Eu consegui usar a recipe com meu login da folha, mas agora não consigo mais?
Aliás por que até agora ninguem criou um que usasse o login da folha |
