Removing Arrow Links on EPUB book

Hi All, I have an ebook (EPUB format) which I read on my iPad. There seems to be arrow links on most pages which can be used to switch between pages. I don't like them and want to remove them. I have included a few screenshots below : I have tried removing the link arrows using "Sigil" software but not successful as I'm not used to XML codes. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Kindest Regards, |

Try Sigil again, bu then in Codeview. That is the best method, sorry.

You would probably be looking for <a> and <img src="> in the code view. You can click on them in book view and switch to code view. However, you might want to consider not necessarily doing a replace all for them. There may be places, like at the end of a chapter before the endnotes, where skipping over several pages of footnotes would be a nice option. You could change them to text instead if you don't like how the arrows look. |
