Folders for iPad?
Does anyone know if it is possible to add folders (say, by author) using the nook app for the iPad? I know books can be grouped on the nook itself, but what about the iPad?

Sync iPad to nook
I read the same book both on my nook and iPad. When I open the book on my iPad, it asks me if I want to move to the point where I left off in my nook. It does not provide this option when reading from my iPad and then open my nook. I have to manually scroll ahead on my nook to find the place I left off on my iPad. Does anyone know how to get this to work both ways?

As far as I know, kindle on the iPad does not support folders or grouping. I wish it did. Syncing should work both ways. It does between the iPad and kindle fire. Did you try syncing the iPad before you shut it off?
