Help me please!!!!!!

Hi everyone..............I need help getting my software to work an error message comes up saying I need to close all digital downloads??????What does this mean and what do I need to do to fix it????? I have a prs 300 it was working fine and I don't know what happened!!!!

The Sony PRS experts are over in the Sony-thread so it's probably here you want to ask for help. And be as specific as possible about the error for people to understand what the problem might be.
