Won't Let Me Register the Edge
Greetings. I've tried dozens of times over a few days to register my eDGe. Each time I get an unexpected error message. What do I do now? I'm connected online, but I can't even go into the bookstore and look around. It tells to register first. Thankx in advance. Aggie

Aggie. Have you updated your Edge yet? If you haven't please update the Edge and the registration should work. I had the same problem and when I updated it worked after that.

The support sites gives you the steps to update. Takes about 10-15 min.

Thankx everyone. I don't know how or why, but it went through. I went through all the step in the documentation s at least 3 dozen times in the last three days. I even transfered and re-registered in my account on this site. And then finally when I was sitting with it this afternoon, about the 10th time in a row that I registered--it finally went through. Thankx again for all your help! Happy Easter.
