Someone has sent me a book as a gift that I can't seem to download...
A friend in another country has sent me a book - Kushiel's Dart - as a gift for my Kindle, but it is not available to download in Canada. Presumably, the gift card is already connected to my account so I can't set up a dummy US account to be able to download it. Is there any way to download it? When people say to change the address to a US one, do they mean my mailing address, or my Kindle country? Because I would rather not change my Kindle country permanently. Argh!
