stuck/dead pixels??
hey all
I have my pb603 now a month. today i noticed a speck, quite black, on one part of the screen. I thought it may be dirt but its eink im sure now...just dead and even black when the device is off. Then i found 5 or 6 more. Any ideas? Anyone else see this? I've had a sony 505 2 yrs and it is smooth and fully white. Should i return it? Or can it be fixed? thanks. |

Contact support, since it doesn't look like breakage it should be covered by the warranty, although from what i know about laptop screens you needed to have a certain number of 'dead pixels' to get it replaced.
