I was surprised to get a new e-reader for Christmas. While browsing the web I found all of these new terms (root, sideloading, bricking) and now I'm trying to learn some more about the process before rooting the Nook. Seems to be no downside to the process. What I can't do is make many contributions to the forum since most of this computer speak & programming is relatively new to me so most of the time I'll be reaping the knowledge from all of you computer natives.
