help with skins and screen protectors

This might sound like a really stupid question but do you put the screen protector on first or the skin on first? Any tips on how to apply them? My ipad skin has a front part as well as a back piece.

Thank you for your reply. So the screen protector goes on first. Wont the skin cause the protector to lift up if I have trouble aligning it, kind of like using the scotch tape to lift the skin? Should I wait a few days after putting on the screen protector to apply the skin?
