Using adobe acsm in calibre?

I downloaded my first library book today. The format is adobe ACSM/ I'm not sure how to open this in Calibre so I can add it to my Kobo. I tried to add to calibre and it would not even recognize it. Te only thing that it will open with is Adobe digital editions. I don't see any way to send it to my kobo with that application. A little help would be appreciated.

The ebook format is not ACSM this is just the link info ADE uses to download the epub file. Somewhere on your computer is a folder where ADE saves the actual epub after you allow it to download it using the ASCM pointer. Find that epub and import that epub into calibre.

I don't have ADE installed or I would be more specific. If it is a Windows machine then ADE will save the epub to some folder under my documents.

Good Luck.

I don't know if the kobo works the same way, but with the EZ Reader the device shows up in the left panel when connected by USB (providing you register it the first time). See Books on Board Help.

On my Windows XP computer it's My Digital Editions which is a subfolder of My Documents
