Bigme B751(C) Update from Android 11 to 14

A user on Reddit purchased a Bigme B751C and discovered that Android 14 was pre-installed on it.
I took this as an opportunity to inquire at AfterSales@bigme.vip and received the following response:

We can provide a manual firmware update to upgrade your device to Android 14.
Please note that this is a manual process. Once you upgrade, you cannot downgrade to Android 11. The update will also erase all files on your device, so please back up your data first.
If you want to proceed, please share the Serial Number (SN) of your device. You can find it on the side of the box or in Settings > About Device.

I sent the serial number and received a complete update package in return, which I applied right away.
Advantages: the pen’s write latency is lower, and the file system is significantly faster.
My follow-up inquiry regarding the B751 b/w was answered positively after I sent the serial number, and I expect to receive the update package tomorrow.

We sorry about that, we just verified your device information and currently, there is no Android 14 firmware available for this specific model. Our technical team will be working on an upgrade in the future, though this may require some time to develop and test.
