Substack Reader plugin for KOReader

Hello,

I also made a plugin for browsing substack. You need to grab your own cookie from a logged in substack session. I don't scrape your data, the code is available for you to see.

Thanks for the plugin. Some nitpicks, while skimming through several articles, I'd rather the plugin did not clutter the history with <post_id>.html files. Also, returning to the file browser puts me in the ../koreader/settings/substack_posts directory which is a bit hassle to navigate back to the my home folder. Caching posts and images to a sqlite db and displaying them in a fullscreen window (just like the wikipedia plugin) could be an option.

OK, version 1.0.2 has been updated to have a HTML viewer window and SQLite caching so your filesystem isn't polluted (plus a few more features): https://codeberg.org/anserina/substack.koplugin
