[Amazon Plugin] Not returning metadata

There seems to be a recent issue with the Amazon plugin. No metadata is returned.

Sometimes get this error message in log file:

calibre.ebooks.metadata.sources.amazon.CaptchaErro r: Amazon returned a CAPTCHA page, probably because you downloaded too many books. Wait for some time and try again.

In other cases, it does not return results even when the book is listed on the Amazon site:

Getting metadata from amazon is a disaster. They change the website too often and you can sometimes get hit with a captcha as well as temporarily being blocked if you try too many times too quickly. It's not worth trying to get it to work. Besides, there are enough mistakes that you'd have to manually validate the metadata anyway. That's why I do it manually because then I know what I have is correct.
