Can't connect to Calibre

Running windows 10, 64 bit. Have been running Calibre 8.13 until this morning. Had to reboot my computer and now I cant get the program to open. It shows the header that its loading and will show up in the taskbar like its loaded and ready but the program itself will not open. Have tried rebooting, redownloading but nothing is working. No changes in wifi or server. Cant even get it to give me an error box or message, no access. Any suggestions are appreciated.

But your description sorta implies you are just starting desktop Calibre and it has stalled.

What are you connecting to the content server from?

Where is the Library folder (IT MUST BE on the same PC as Calibre)?

Rebooting can cause the router (DHCP) to assign a new IP. <if using the content server from your reader device >

FWIW I have the content server running on W10 x64 [Version 10.0.19045.6456] and I can access it from a browser on another PC just fine.

Starting it and it stalls seems to fit the problem I think. On my taskbar it shows it as "open" or running I guess but it will not open to a full screen for access. Sorry if that doesnt make sense, trying to explain it without using stick figures....

That is just regular Calibre.

It may be off screen.
Alt+space then M then tap the Left arrow key a few times
