Sigil Preview is detached

Hi All.

Somehow the preview pane came detached from where it normally sits, and I can't get it back in place. I tried "Main UI" restet but it didn't do anything.

I even uninstalled it, but it is still detached. I could do a complete uninstall with a program but I'd like to keep my plugins and other stuff.

The only way I can get it to dock is Preview on the top and HTML on the bottom.

Is there an easy way to get it back to normal?

Never mind, I figured it out.

I had to drag the preview window almost all the way out to the right before the other pane shrunk and allowed me to dock the preview.

Preview will dock on the right hand side of the MainWindow. Try dragging it to the Right hand side and hold it there and it should redock. Sometimes double-clicking on Preview's title bar can achieve the same thing.

Preview's state and location is stored in the Sigil preferences main ini file. Reinstalling of Sigil will not help as your Preferences are stored separately.

Double clicking on the titlebar almost always works for me to get floating widgets to redock. It can be so finicky to hover in just the right spot sometimes. Especially when you're try to tabify them vs stacking them in the same dock area.

Thank you, I'll try the title bat should it ever happen again.

It was very tricky to get it docked.
