Possible to downgrade PW5 to 5.14.0.1?
My Kindle PW5 is on 5.17.1. Originally it was on 5.14.0.1. Is is possible to downgrade to this version or any other with plain list view? Does 5.14.1 UI look more or less the same?

Absolutely. My PW5 was on 5.17.something, now I'm back on 5.14.1 and old UI with library page instead of home. Like this one, you can also switch to list mode:
