Customize interface, Macros, Buttons

Hi!

1) Is it possible to create and save custom scripts/macros or links, etc.?

2) Is it possible to create a second toolbar (not the one at the bottom).

Save these macros as a button on the toolbar, similar to the "customize interface" of many programs like Excel, Word, Photoshop and others ?

Explanation:
I would like to use this to:
-store frequently used searches
-select virtual libraries faster
-editing workflows
for quick access without having to navigate through dropdown menus (like Favourites plugin).

For Example:
Find Duplicates - similair Author Names
Find Duplicates - Find Duplicates
Quality Check - search for Authors with missing Comma
Quality Check - search for missing Comments
and so on...
I also use Mass Search/Replace with some single or combined actions, but its also in a dropdown burried.

Any idea is very welcome

As you can see I have virtual libraries that I leave tabbed at all times, just a click to go to that library. The tag browser has a saved search.

Yes you want the optional second tool bar:
