Alt-A to go to author not working in v8?
After upgrading to Calibre 8, I notice that I can no longer select an author by highlighting a book and pressing Alt-A. Is there any way to get this feature back?

It's still there. Most likely something else on your system is intercepting the shortcut. You can always assign it to some other key combination via Preferences->Keyboard
