I want a 10-inch B&W E-ink reader ...

I want a 10-inch B&W E-ink reader ... that will link to my calibre server.

No ghosting, good battery life. Decent processor, decent in bed.

Is this too much to ask?

You might want to look at the Kobo Elipsa 2E but a bit big for bed.

I've had the 10.3″ reMarkable and Kobo Elipsa. I still have a 9.7″ DXG. IMO all are too heavy for bed. The 9.7″ ereaders seem to be all 150dpi, like the DXG, but also it has no WiFi or decent ebook support.

I got an 8″ Sage about 2 or 3 weeks after the Elipsa and it's my favourite. I have 5, 6, 7 inch models too. I gave away the reMarkable and Kobo Elipsa. The reMarkable can't easily use Calibre and the Amazon Scribe is really intended only for use with Amazon's "Cloud" services.

Kobos are best with Calibre, though USB is best method.
