Hello & converting help

Hello all!

New to converting and trying to figure out if I have the DRM plug in configured correctly for converting KFX-ZIP files.

Anyone direct me to the correct forum?

Found a good source that gave steps. Was missing the DRM plugin completely. Installed and now working.

This is a great community -- through other searches, I found what was needed within.
