I'm glad I found mobile read. I bought my e-reader, the Kobo Aura HD, in 2013. Recently, I tried to install an update, but unfortunately, it failed; now it doesn't boot, no hard-resetwork etc. During my research, I found your forums.

My request and problem description to ikitit repair service resulted in "You need a working SD card image, which we unfortunately cannot provide; they recommended your platform to me."

I would be very happy if someone sends me a pm with a download link.
