"Something went wrong when syncing progress"
Earlier today I tried updating KOReader and saw the "Update Information not Available on Update Channel" message. I wondered if it was a WiFi connection issue so exited back into Nickel, started WiFi there and logged back into KOReader, since that worked for me the last time I had this issue.
Just now, I went to sync my progress and got the message: "Something went wrong when syncing progress. Please check your network connection and try again later." Once again, I xited back into Nickel, and started WiFi there. This time, I did a sync to check my connectivity. Nickel updated just fine, no error messages or warnings about connection problems. So I logged back into KOReader and tried again. Once again, I got the "Something went wrong when syncing progress. Please check your network connection and try again later." mnessage. Since I know there's nothing wrong with my network connection, what is going wrong here? |

I'm running into the same error message while attempting to sync progress on Koreader to Booklore on my home server. It worked up until a few days ago.
I have three devices with Koreader and two (bigme and moann) produce the same error while pixel 10 running Koreader can sync without issue. I doubled checked the URL for sync and everything matches. Tried logging out of the custom sync server, clearing app cache, closing Koreader and restarting. Is my next step to open an issue with Koreader GitHub? |
