According to the article "The email to officials in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden and France had a phone number and password for accessing the call" - in other words the access details could have come from any number of sources. I very much doubt if this is a set-up or sting operation, in my opinion the likelihood of the information simply having been leaked by an Anonymous sympathiser is a magnitude greater.

As for tracing the identity or location of the person making the recording, that'll only happen if the person in question is an idiot and unacquainted with the tools used to avoid exactly that. Not very likely then, if an Anonymous member made the recording.
