When I open the following PDF (
http://www.stat.columbia.edu/~liam/r...pubs/cns04.pdf ), when I switch to the second page from the first one, the PDF reader stops rendering pages. It still responds to buttons, i.e. I can go back and forth, but the screen is no longer updated. I have already run into this with another PDF.
Does this also happen with the beta PDF readers? Are there any ETAs on when the next full firmware release will be available, so that I can upgrade?
P.S. Just overcame my fears and installed 2 PDF reader patches one after another. It seems that this fixes the reading of this PDF file... I will also try with the others that didn't work before.
P.P.S. So with the new reader I can reproduce the bug too, but before you switch to the second page, the reader should be put in the annotation mode first. If annotating is not enabled, the pages switch just fine.
