"Die Wassernixe" von James Fenimore Cooper hat keine Undine oder eine Meerjungfrau zur Hauptfigur, sondern ein Schiff. Auch den Seeroman beherrschte dieser Ausnahmeautor.

Schön, dass jetzt so viele Coopers hier erscheinen!
