It is not true that all accounts need to be Administrator accounts under XP to allow them to share a library. That is only needed if the Calibre library (and contents) have not been set up to allow full read-write access to all users. Using Administrator only type accounts is simply a way of avoiding having to get the file/folder permissions set up correctly.
