I have a libary of 1627 auturs and 3229 titles. calibre does not show duplicates. However on my harddisk each title directory is copied twice in the auturs directory. this makes my libray twice as big as i like it to be(the only differents is the number in brackets)

How do I know witch of the titles is used by calibre. How do I delete the double directories in a reasonable fast way
