Yeah, adding the table of contents after the title/author fixes the problem correctly. I just have to start adding them to my books. i wasnt using it because the sony reader has an option to show you the TOC even when you dont have it created inside the ebook pages.

Its not that important anyway, i'm not going to die if it's not right, but i like my books very much and i'm a little perfectionist, haha
