Title case as it is used in English is not commonly used in Dutch. The "standard" way of spelling titles is with just the first word capitalized. Anyone who ever would think of adding a Dutch title case function to Calibre would need to do it that way, rather than doing it in the English way with all words capitalized except "small" words such as articles.

Of course, if anyone wants to display Dutch titles in any other way in their Calibre library they are welcome to do so, but that would be non-standard.
