* Timely software updates
* High end hardware
* $350 price tag
* No contract
* Cheaper monthly expenditures (via TMo)

For me, all these far outweigh the drawbacks of the N4.

I think I'm going to wait a few months though and see if they retire the 8GB model in favor of a 32GB model like they did with the N7.
