New Tag Propagator by Series.
The theory is that the tags for all books in the identical series should reasonably have the same tags. The new
Tag Propagator by Series does that.
The
Tag Propagator by Series should only be run AFTER the book has a
green status of "
book_ok" achieved after
Booklevel Scrubbing has completed, and also after the
Series Consolidator has been run to rename/consolidate Work Series names.

New Tag Scrubber.
Always run the "After Upgrade" job first thing so the new and revised (since version 1.0.0) SQLite database objects can be created or changed.
