Friedrich Stoltze (* 21. November 1816 in Frankfurt am Main; † 28. März 1891 ebenda) war ein deutscher Dichter und Schriftsteller, der vor allem durch seine Gedichte in Frankfurter Mundart bekannt wurde. Außerdem war er Verleger und Herausgeber der „Frankfurter Latern“ und betätigte sich als Journalist.
