Uh-huh.
Those are effectively limited-function gadgets, rather than computers, though. What OS they run is about as relevant as what OS a given TV set runs.

Modern smartphones and tablets are arguably closer to video game consoles than they are to full function computers and, given consumers voting their wallets, the trend is towards that particular business model.
