Added an 'export raw data to .csv file' option to the Visualize Metadata GUI Tool

Version 1.0.39 -2016-05-26 New: Added an 'export raw data to .csv file' option to the Visualize Metadata GUI Tool.

This is useful if you want a .csv file with a list of all of the discrete values for a certain metadata column, including the number of books having that value.
