Version 3.1.8 -10 December 2014 Menu Changes for Clarity and New Functionality plus User Guide Expansion.

There have been a fair number of menu changes due to functionality additions in the last few releases. The User Guide now incorporates them, and also has expanded explanations of important concepts in using Q&S.
