I followed your directions, downloaded the indicated image file . . . .
They must have updated the image files when they took down the separate update file because it installed and the store now works.
When I have a chance later this afternoon, I'll open that package and confirm that it contains the new TLS 'fix'.
But I am pretty sure the Store would not work last night and it certainly works now (Amazon insists that there are 167 books that I should have considered buying).

This S.O. device has the cpu governor control menu installed.
Setting it to 'performance' certainly helps getting through that list of books.
