I would appreciate a link a lot.
Recently received instructions from Astak Support

1. Put an SD card with all the update files in the the reader.
Update files can be found on:
http://www.theezreader.com/firmware_download/support/AstakMentor.rar
After download, unzip the rar file and put all extracted files to SD card
root folder.
2. Remove the battery completely from the device.
3. Press and hold the Enter button and "Go Back" function button (third
button on the left side).
4. Plug the device to wall while holding down two buttons.
5. When you see the update message, let go two buttons, and follow the
instruction on screen.

The default language is in Spanish, but you can easily switch it back to
English. We are still waiting for the English version. After update, you
will see an icon-based interface. Please go to the 'gear' icon (Settings)
located at the lower right corner, and then choose thrid option big 'T'
(Language), and select EN for English.

I found that I didn't need to remove the battery, I plugged the AC power in first, then held the buttons as described in step 3 then I pressed the reset with a paper clip.

Also, it is worthwhile to take a back up your books first, i.e., plug in the USB and slurp everything off, just in case you have books on the device that you don't have in Calibre (or whatever you use to manage your books).
