I voted 6-20 as I've been buying eBooks a long time from many different stores and a lot are no longer in business.

Sony, Amazon, Kobo, Paperback Digital, Fictionwise, B&N, ebooks.com, BooksOnBoard, Diesel eBooks, Google Play, S&S, BAEN, Smashwords, and probably others I cannot remember.
