Unfortunately the manual makes no reference to TOC navigation and the number buttons down the side of the device only jump to pages 1-9. It doesn't look like TOC navigation is supported

Another possibility is switching to Open Inkpot but as this carries its own risks I think I'll stay with things as they are for now.
