If you click on "edit" and then "Go Advanced", you should be able to change the title, but maybe you need to be a moderator to do so (I know, however, that you can change titles in the ebook uploads section without being a moderator).
I've changed the title and moved the thread to the Workshop, as it is not ePub-specific.
