Der Fischer-Verlag hatte geklagt wegen Werken deutscher Autoren, die in Life+70-Ländern noch nicht gemeinfrei sind, und vor dem Landgericht Frankfurt am 9.2. Recht bekommen.

Das Ergebnis scheint zu sein, dass gutenberg.org sämtliche deutschen IP-Adressen blockt. Lange kein VPN mehr benutzt...
