It somehow seems to me that KO reader is unable to list table of contents for some .mobi files. The same .mobi files show table of contents in Kindle main reader.

Wondering if it is known issue and if it is, is there any fix for it.

If there are any other tricks of generating new mobi files compatible to show TOC in both kindle main reader and KO Reader would also be fine for me.
