That's the third way to navigate on webpages :
1. use the Next Page and Previous Page buttons (only vertical scrolling) ;
2. use the up/down/left/right arrows ;
3. hold Alt, and use the up/down/left/right arrows ;
Perhaps common knowledge for more experienced Kindle users, but I just found a fourth way :
4.1 hold Shift, and use the up/down/left/right arrows
once ;
4.2 hold Shift, and
hold the up/down/left/right arrows ;
